I know this is not really surprising, but it bothered my snozing this morning - guy on NPR saying that the evangelical religious right really does not have a candidate to get out and vote FOR on the Republican side since Huckabee won't get the nom. So, their numbers for the election might be way down. BUT if Clinton gets the nom, they will be highly motivated to get out and vote AGAINST a candidate.

Yeah, that scares me a lot. Even if she won (which I still think she would) the effect on down-ticket Democrats would be ugly.

Apropos of nothing... one of the new techniques we've been learning in one of my classes is called "Sweep." I keep wanting to yell it, but none of my students knows anything about curling, so they would just look at me funny. Funnier.
