Also, I really like it when I cook dinner, even when it's totally semi-ho. Tonight: super-easy chili and corn muffins out of box plus whole corn and some cheese. Delish! And virtuous.

Hey guys, back and settled in from the new job. So far I like it. Everyone is really cool, and I got to sit in on one really interesting meeting, and two that at least weren't boring. The building has dry cleaning, shoe shine and a workout room.
I have my stuff I have to get done, but then I can follow people around, work on creative stuff, sit in on meetings all kinds of stuff.

I love cooking dinner, except that I don't often enough have time/energy to make myself get off my ass.
Tonight, roasting a chicken. Which is a level of super-easy such that I always think "I should do this at least every week! And have stock for ever and ever!" and then I run out of energy to make myself get off my ass.
