One thing I really liked about the book is how he goes into detail about how things work right now and how they'll fail, and it kind of skipped that stuff.
That sounds like the interesting part to me. Now I don't feel too bad about forgetting to set my MythBox to record it.
Dana (and others), have you found a good source for

icons or screencaps?
I'm flinching everytime my inbox indicates I have a new message.
Me too, kinda. But only becasue I'm WANTING a certain e-mail. The rest can bugger right off.
Emily, are you aware of the Urban decay and rural ruin communities on LJ? They often show modern building ruins in various states of being reclaimed by nature.

Oh, sarameg, that's the worst feeling. I'm so sorry.
There's this comm, which includes both icon posts and picspams.

I love stuff like that. A blog I frequent has had several series of photos of abandoned amusement parks. Cool and freaky.
(I can try to find this if people want.)
Shrift, do you have this issue of CosmoGirl?
Oh, please. The only way I'd read CosmoGirl is if Pete Wentz himself shoved the magazine at me and said, "Dude, seriously, the article totally doesn't suck!" And then I would only read it so I could mock him.
I'm getting my hair cut after work. Yet again, I have no idea what I want to do.
