It's texture/lumps thing. If I get oatmeal wrong, it ends badly.
I never did like cottage cheese. Threw it up as a wee thing. It took 15 years to be able to eat crepes again after an epic bout of flu, but I could, so it isn't the same scenario.CC's just NAST.
