Buffista Movies 6: lies and videotape

A place to talk about movies--old and new, good and bad, high art and high cheese. It's the place to place your kittens on the award winners, gossip about upcoming fims and discuss DVD releases and extras. Spoiler policy: White font all plot-related discussion until a movie's been in wide release two weeks, and keep the major HSQ in white font until two weeks after the video/DVD release.

"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

I just went to see Diary of the Dead. What a mess.

Okay, I read that as Dairy of the Dead. Which I suppose might also be a mess, but for different reasons.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Dairy of the Dead would totally have been better. Diary got a wide release in the UK - I've no idea how! The only good thing I can say is that the lead girl looked a bit like Eliza D. And, uhm, it made Cloverfield look like fucking Shaft.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Dairy of the Dead

It could be a double feature with Black Sheep.

Okay, I read that as Dairy of the Dead.

Okay, so...not just me then.
