They were young!
Yeah. The short blonde is my minion, she's just a couple of years out of school. But the tall blonde and shortish curly brunette are like 27 or something, so not all that young, really.
He's a nice guy otherwise, and I know he knows what he's talking about, but I hate having to "handle" repairmen.
It's a good thing that I don't have to handle any repairmen today. I'd probably have done the talky hand at him, and demanded, "Is that it? Are you done?" And you just don't want to piss off the people fixing your major appliances.
I guess I'd better watch my baditude today.
Oh, I meant to mention, I finished paperdol's book the other night (I parsed it out instead of devouring it in one go, plus I reread a couple of sections).
LOVED!
Emmett is now hooked on ANTM.
That is because it is the funniest show on television. Tyra is an unintentional comedic genius.
I need to get to a B&N. I'm dying to read The Book.
And you just don't want to piss off the people fixing your major appliances.
You can really be at their mercy. It's scary. This is a good guy, though. I just knew I was going to get the lecture about the air return.
I just try and pick up information whenever I can, because the more you learn about the way these things work, the better you can deal with the next repair guy. (Bit of knowledge for today: the air compressor has a starting side and a running side.)

See, and here I would have assumed this was a prelude to a "...better go catch it!" joke.
I'm fooling around at the Avery site, making up variations on a business card, which alas, I'm pretty much going to need in the near future.
Theo, you can also go to VistaPrint.com, which has a lot of free cards, as well as inexpensive ones. The free ones have Vista Print.com on the back, but so what?
