I think platform peep toe shoes are of dubious work-appropriateness, but when your toes overhang it's definitely a no go. Of course, this woman has also attended meetings in shorts, so I'm not responding with surprise.

this is just always wrong. Also, heels hanging off the back. or sides of feet hanging off the sides. (hate a poorly fitted shoe!)
