"What kind of magical sunshine and lollipop world do you live in? Because you need to be medicated."-SFist

Yeah, people now always think it's funny when I tell them I worked in a daycare center for four years.

I worked as a nanny my first couple of years in grad school and that always surprises people that don't know me very well.

Never fear, I'll be out there at some point to pitch in!

Huh, I really need to get tickets to the brother's now. Gotta make sure I can get catboarding.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

Hey, I've been meaning to ask since Monday. Does anyone know if the US CREATURE COMFORTS got cancelled. I could swear I had it on season pass in my DVR, but it didn't tape Monday. I thought something might have happened to my DVR, but, no, any other season passes are still there (including the July 4 DRIVE burnoff episodes!).

Life moves pretty fast. You don't stop and look around once in a while, you could miss it.

I have a questions sure to cause controversy--what is the best Fast Food and why? Many folks say MickyD's fries are the best, but I like BK's better?. Heresy? You decide.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Creature Comforts didn't air Monday. I don't know about next week, though.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

Stephanie, I don't have a solution. Well I have multiple solutions, including taking 2 months leave at the beginning of the school year. Noah will most likely be on supplemental oxygen for 6 more months or longer, and I know I will not be able to find a day care to take him while he has durable medical equipment. Who knows when Grace will be coming home?

So that's actually a solution of sorts. FMLA. Or I will try to get my mom to come for a bit and Katie's family for a bit. The whole thing is fucked up and I get all stressed and worried in an unpleasant way thinking about it.

In-N-Out is the best fast food. Hands down. I don't have a fry contention. Just a categorical In-N-Out is the best.

Trust my rage

My favorite fast food is a McDonald's cheeseburger, no pickles, no onion, with fries and Coke. It's just about the only thing I ever get when I go there.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

I don't like Burger King's fries. But I am fond of a Jr Whopper and a frozen Coke.
