Well, my days of not taking you seriously are certainly coming to a middle.

Guess what I saw in my parking lot this morning?

New a/c units.

It's June 29th.

Had I not had a shit fit, despite making complaints starting back in March, I would not have had working a/c yet.

It's been near 100 several days this week alone.

I can't say I'm surprised.

if I remember rightly things are looking much rosier for you than they were a couple of years ago.

Yes indeed, other, newer issues aside. But we shall not speak of that here today. Yes, things are, on the whole, pretty good. And you?

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Home Depots tend to open early, Sean, because contractors line up to pick up supplies..

Anybody got any ideas on where to get good, climb rated rope in Los Angeles at 7:30 in the morning?

And did anyone else come to a stop, wondering just *why* he needs such a rope at 7:30 in the morning? Does John McClain need it to rappel into a building full of hostages? Is Jack Bauer plotting another suicidal run at bomb-toting terrorists in a remote location?

Is it just Friday and I need to get more sleep?

Hi meara, it's very wet down here, what with the ocean only 2 blocks away and the rain that's been pelting down for the last 6-7 hours.

And things aren't too bad Sean, especially with two weeks off work ahead of me.

Does John McClain need it to rappel into a building full of hostages?

Pfftt, that's what fire hoses are for!

If I told you, I'd have to kill you.

is 70 warm enough for a pool?

For water, that's pretty damn chilly, actually. Air temp is fine.

One would think that I would go to bed at a decent hour after spending hours drinking tequila and then getting hit on by a guitar-toting traveling salesman while taking the L home, but if one thought that, one would be WRONG.
