And you are absolutely right. The resolution blows. This is so frustrating. The design has been finished for months. Multiple requests to get the elements broken out into jpgs so I can do things for myself have gone unheeded.
I don't own InDesign. I have Illustrator, Freehand and Pagemaker in old versions that are basically doorstops to me now. ArghaMARGH.
But thanks so much for the effort.

Aw, Frank. I'm sorry about the accident and the subsequent anxiety/beating yourself up loop. I know that loop well and it's hard to get out of it once it starts. It will all be OK, though, in the end. It's nothing that you can't handle, even if that guy decides to be a total dick and get a new bumper.

Plei was very envious when she saw the ARC sitting on the table in my living room. I went all enthusiastically hand-wavey at a good friend's birthday party about the book. Everyone at the party was an SF/Fantasy/genre media fan, so they all wanted me to Tell Them More! about it. And when I mentioned your connection to the Save Firefly campaign? A couple of them threatened to build a shrine to you and start fervently passing out copies of your book.
I'll tell you more when I get back from my meeting.
