Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

LibraryThing appears to be having some difficulties today! The counting up function seems to be majorly broken....

Every now and then, I think I might actually be a little odd.

Glad to hear it, Theodosia; I thought it hated me! I'll try again later, when it's had a nap and some milk and cookies.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Did everyone see what Paris Hilton's medical problem was, apparently? She wouldn't eat or drink anything, because she didn't want a guard taking a picture of her on the toilet.

Yeah, my LT book count leaped from 588 where it was stuck, to 625 all of a sudden. I'll take a break out here on the patio, where it's like 74 degress and 44% humidity, and the birds are chirping. Thank goodness for wireless and laptops.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Seriously? She's worried about that after her sex tape was seen around the world?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

a little Buffista like cross-conversation about appropriate use of apostrophes

Gil's attitude towards language in general is pretty Buffista-like.

Art Crawl!!!

I liked the show -- I thought it was going to be another one like "Waking the Dead" but it was more light-hearted and reminded me abit of the mystery show with the stage-magic deviser. . . the title of which escapes me.

That's what they say.
