Giles, if you would like to get by in American society, then you are going to have to follow our traditions. You're the patriarch. You have to host the festivities, or it's all meaningless.

Now tagless for your comfort.

Cindy, FWIW, I knew an emotionally stunted 15 year old boy who shaved off his eyebrows when I was in high school. His mother laughed at him to his face.

At least Julia didn't try using the Nair as shampoo, right?

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

not to scare you Cindy, but my Grandmothr shaved off her eyebrows as a kid and they never fully grew back. makes no sense given how everyone I know has eyebrows grow back (thus the tweezing and the waxing), but it was the case with hers.

mac had 9 pouting fits today. I have started counting them for him on the weekends. He doesn't like it, but it also snaps him out of them right quick because he does not want to get a high number.

I yelled at him twice. He says screamed, but he has never heard me scream. He has no idea.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

She said she didn't think it would do anything without shaving cream.

Aw. Kid logic. At least it didn't happen right before school pictures.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I don't know what it is about eyebrows. I think I tried to mess with mine too. Not as successfully as your daughter, though. They have something to do with being a grownup woman, at least so I thought.

FTR, this week's Grey's Anatomy was crap.

I concur on GA. I actually quit it about 45 minutes in.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

Cindy, I am trying REALLY REALLY hard not to laugh. If you want tips on drawing on eyebrows, feel free to drop me an email.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Oh, Cindy. I am really not laughing. Except for the part where I am just a little. I think I took an eyebrow or two off growing up. And my widow's peak. Random defuzzing for ??? I have no idea why.

FTR, this week's Grey's Anatomy was crap.
This makes me feel better about my tv recording the wrong channel and missing it.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

The episode was, among other things, to set up Addison's new series. Which is a cute idea, but they really needed fewer familiar actors. It made me play a guessing game of who would be a regular, and who would be guest starring in the putative series. And way too much talking and too little medicine. Which is saying something. Also a lot of pod people.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Yeah, I had way too much "so, Amy Brenneman said to Taye Diggs..." in my head.

Hey! Don't we have a thread for this now??

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There isn't a thread I can go into without getting spoiled for the rest of my shows, so I don't have a thread. You may.
