Random question -- I get spams addressed to admin@b.org on a pretty regular basis, and just got one to filk@b.org. Is donations bcc'ed or what?

I get spam not obviously addressed to me all the time -- either ita@somewhere else or randomcrap@correctdomain.com. I think it's how they bundle their addresses.
