We're not gonna die. We can't die, Bendis. You know why? Because we are so very pretty. We are just too pretty for God to let us die.

Because books.

Neesh, canARD, and foy-yer.

I had a Stouffer's French Bread Pizza for lunch yesterday, and I wish I had one today. I think there's only leftover chicken from dinner, though. Blah.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

I had a sesame bagel with cream cheese and bacon for lunch. Usually I have that for breakfast but today, I thought I'd switch things up - keeps people guessing.

You're a rebel, Megan, and you'll never ever be any good.

I am actually eating one of those sausage-and-pancake-on-a-stick thingies right now

brillig

Nitch, ca-NARD, foy-yer. I say foy-yay when I'm trying to be high-falutin'. My accent wavers from Appalachian borderlands to near-British.

'we all walk this earth feeling we are frauds. The trick is to be grateful and hope the caper doesn't end any time soon"

Ack! I forgot I had perfectly yummy Thai Drunken Noodles left over from lunch yesterday!

At least the sub was good.

I say "foy-yay" if I'm feeling pretentious.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Is it lunchtime? I realize I'm not on a coast, but I feel like I totally just ate breakfast. Which was bacon and eggs cooked in goose grease. But for lunch I can have yesterday's leftover turkey tetrazzini, cooked with goose stock. Are you sensing a theme here?

Punishingly Intricate

OMG, I would totally do chips/crackers and dips if that were available.

I'm having flatbread crackers and smoked jalapeno cheese spread for lunch!!! (plus baby cut carrots and grape tomatoes...i.e. crudites!) !!

And I just threw out all the bags of rancid shit from the office refrigerator so i'm feeling all superior to my piggy co-workers! I thank the goodness it didn't make me feel too ill to eat my own delicious lunch.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I am actually eating one of those sausage-and-pancake-on-a-stick thingies right now (and oh man is it FG).

But did it have chocolate chips in it?
