We have to see the chimp playing hockey! That's hilarious! The ice is so slippery, and, and monkeys are all irrational. We have to see this!

It's sort of an old fashioned pewter color, with a SPYDADDY plate on the back.

Okay, this I need.

ETA: Now I want to wear my Spydaddy t-shirt to work tomorrow, just in case I get to swing by the party. Since I can't afford the bike, maybe I can just take a picture with it.

Now tagless for your comfort.

I was just looking around YouTube. I found Aldo Freaking Nova.

Oof. Too early to have the 80's come rushing back to me.

What is even happening?

If our kids want to know what MTV was like at the beginning, I think that Aldo Nova video just might tell the entire story.

Leopard print cat suits (on men, no less) and lasers shooting out of guitars pretty much covers it.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Sorry for the cruddy birthday, Corwood. It's possible all the good-day-stuff was being used up at my graduation.

I am so freaking tired. And yet, tomorrow I'm supposed to be at AIDS Walk at 8:30 in the morning. Ack.

In other news, do you guys think it's a good idea or weird to put a former subordinate down as a reference? And you're supposed to have three, right? I have reference issues.

vanguard of the socialist Hollywood liberal homosexualist agenda

Happy late birthday Corwood!

I've had two people list me as a reference who I didn't actually work with (they're in my fraternity), I got called for one and she got the job. So I guess my answer is... I dunno. Though I do know that they usually ask for three.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Soon I will be going out to dance for/with the faeries.(Maryland Faerie Festival, if anyone wonders)

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Jesse, absolutely get that reference. The subordinate that will write a letter for you praising your awesome managing skillz is gold. Means your underlings like and respect you.

ETA: I've given references to fellow secretaries with examples of when they've helped me with work, because it gives the person considering them a nice picture of how they get along with peers and work as part of a team.

Dude, beer ALWAYS tastes gross.

So sad!
