Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

I have tickets for a book signing for Leigh Bardugo at the end of August! It’s for her new children’s book but she’ll sign up to two additional books! So do I bring the Six of Crows Duology or the two Ninth House books or The Familiar? I can’t decide! Help!

Ooh, tough call! I’m leaning Ninth House but I don’t think there are wrong choices there. Should be fun!

I’m leaning Six of Crows but I also really loved The Familiar, but there is not another stand alone to go with it.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I vote Ninth House, but I haven't read the others.

Same. I feel like I can't really weigh in since I didn't read Six of Crows.

Six of crows kind of has a place in my heart because it has a delicious disabled character in it.

Six of Crows is so good! I have had The Familiar on my reader since it came out but I have been weirdly reluctant to actually read it. No idea what that’s about. Anyway, I bet giving her Six of Crows to sign would be a nice treat for her, too, if for no reason other than she wrote it longer ago
