This is not funny. This... this is a morality tale about the evils of sake.

Literary Buffistas 3: Don't Parse the Blurb, Dear.

There's more to life than watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer! No. Really, there is! Honestly! Here's a place for Buffistas to come and discuss what it is they're reading, their favorite authors and poets. "Geez. Crack a book sometime."

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

We listened to Andy Weir's Hail Mary on the drive up. And then for hours driving around town.

Our wings are not tired.

I thought the Hail Mary narration was delightful.

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

I love audiobooks but I am so picky about narrators that I will turn it off and then maybe never open that book again in any format because it has been POISONED. So it can be risky!

I'm supposed to be going back to the office 5 days a week in June though, so I'll definitely be stepping up my book and podcast listening time.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

5 days a week! Ugh. I’m sorry.

I keep looking at Project Hail Mary and thinking that maybe I won’t read it but I’m pretty sure there’s no reason behind that, just me being weird. Y’all liked it?
