A ghost? What's the deal? Is every frat on this campus haunted? And if so, why do people keep coming to these parties, cause it's not the snacks.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I assume it's what one wears when one flys on a broomstick

More like a skirt you bind around a broomstick when wet to get the teensy vertical wrinkles. This isn't a strict broomstick skirt, but has the same effect due to the cunning use of artificial fibres. This isn't the skirt, just a skirt.

I think the short ragged one would look more fetching on the stick.

I had not considered not wearing a top. ::pause:: I'm still not considering it.

eta:

And I don't anticipate a second one.

Fair point. Of course I can't remember the last time I was even in that position, so there you go.

Or something that involves little spaghetti straps? Maybe backless? Or what's wrong with teh cap-sleeve thing you wanted to wear with the green skirt?

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

90 minutes late, meara?? HMOG. There wouldn't have been a first date, had it been me.

I have no clothing advice for ita.

Yeah, see...she called several times during that period. If there had been no call I would've left after 20. But she's all "Oh, I had to go on a call at the firehouse, so I'm running late...". She's a motorcycle-riding firefighter/EMT and beekeeper. It's an interesting combo. Sadly, doesn't quite work for me, I think.

Some McGill business student won an olympic gold medal! Random!

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Was that the skier? They did say she was from Montreal, but I didn't hear the McGill bit.

Nope. And the top I'm wearing with the broomstick skirt doesn't match the delicacy of the ragged skirt.

Napped, head feels a bit more manageable, and am heading off. Wish me fortitude.
