Everything looks good from here... Yes. Yes, this is a fertile land, and we will thrive. We will rule over all this land, and we will call it... 'This Land.' I think we should call it 'your grave!' Ah, curse your sudden but inevitable betrayal! Ha ha HA! Mine is an evil laugh! Now die! Oh, no, God! Oh, dear God in heaven!

Woe to the fucking wicked.

Ok, that I can't wait to see. I've seen all of S2, but only a couple/few S1.

I'm supposed to go see Harry Potter after work today, and as such, quitting time will arrive in approximately eleventy billion years.

Sooooooooooo.

Hello. I was offline all morning because DH was busy being the BEST HUSBAND EVAR by taking me to a taping of Iron Chef, which he is covering for a newspaper in PA. It was full of awesomeness. (And best of all, I got a 3-hour workday out of it! Woo hoo!)

That's a little disturbing. The tv, that is.

Morimoto vs Christophe Eme. I think it's going to be airing in March (obviously I'll be keeping an eye out!)

(Sadly, I can't say much more than that, because the confidentiality agreement I signed when we went in says that Food Network can sue me for $2million for spoilers about the secret ingredient and/or winner. But believe me when I say it was AWESOME.)

What you don't notice on the show is how small the studio actually is. It's all shot with extreme wide-angle lenses to make it look bigger, but nothing is more than 5 feet from anything else in the entire kitchen stadium. And AB's running commentary is even more impressive seeing it live -- he's pretty much talking nonstop for the entire hour of the battle, and none of it is scripted (except the bumpers, of course).

I got a picture with me and AB, but it's trapped in DH's camera right now -- I'll post it when I get home in a few hours.
