I do checks so I can have a record of what I gave and know that the right person gets the money. I figure cash could be taken by whoever finds it first. I have a staff of 6.

Now I just need to remember if I am increasing 10% or 5% a year. I think 5% cause I could afford to keep doing 10% a year for as long as I plan to be here. And new staff, they start back down at the base.
