Question for the (music) hivemind. I'm putting together a playlist for my "goodbye to summer" housewarming. I've culled my collection and bought a couple from itunes, but I'd like to add a few more. Any suggestions for songs that explicitly reference summer?

Bad Case of Loving You, Robert Palmer
Big in Japan, Alphaville
Centerfield, John Fogerty
Cruel Summer, Bananarama
Dancing In the Street, Martha Reeves

Magic, The Cars
Mexican Wine, Fountains Of Wayne
Nightswimming, R.E.M.

Summer Nights, Olivia Newton-John & John Travolta
Summer of '69, Bryan Adams
Summer Of Love, The B-52's
Summer Son, Texas
Summer Wind, Frank Sinatra
Summer Wind, Michael Bublé
Summertime, Billie Holiday

See? I gave everybody here an opportunity to tell me what a bad person I am and nobody did, because I fuckin' rule.

That Summer Feeling - Jonathan Richman. A great summer song, with bonus days-gone-by wistfulness perfect for a farewell to summer soundtrack.

Ya' gotta have "Indian Summer" - either the original by Beat Happening or the Luna cover.

Also, "Summertime Blues"? My fave version is the T-Rex one - with just acoustic guitar and bongos!
