Sue and Perkins, I'm looking forward to seeing your mixes.
Sue, you can always just designate another song as fulfilling two categories. I mean, that still entails a cut, but it might be easier than slotting something in by time and category.

Oh, I have one song filling four categories. It's just that there's not another song on the mix that fufills the problematic category, and the song is 5:05 long, so I'm just going to find a shorter song.
85 minutes Canadian is like, what, 50 American? I think you should use the song you like.

Hey! We have a very strong dollar these days, those jokes no longer apply. Anyway, there has been much tweaking, including a few last minute substitutions that had nothing to do with length. But I'm done!
EXCEPT! I just realized I composed my mix on my iPod and so I have to figure out what songs aren't on my computer and re-rip.
Hey, for anyone else who (on a mac) was having trouble with RAR files--use MacRAR or UnRARX, and it'll unpack it just fine.
Saw the Neil Young: Heart of Gold film last night and you must all go. Immediately. Demme really understands music and the film is intuitively and beautifully shot. He not only brings you onto the stage during the concert, he illuminates little moments betwen the musicians and between Young and the songs he is singing. Go. See.
I have a couple of extra minutes I won't be using in my mix-- can I give them to Sue?
Thanks perkins, but now, I have a minute and 13 seconds to spare!
Okay, my first song is up there. And #2 is on it's way. Should I put my playlist up here tonight or wait until the end of the week, when the uploads are finished?
