Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Poor Ruby! Sounds like maybe the ribbon was bad for her.

Because you are planning on visiting us in LA soon?

I'm thinking going across the country is a little far for a weekend, sadly.

I remember the crazy days. 500 posts an hour. Nubmer! Natgbsb

Yikes Allyson. has she thrown up hairballs before?

What is even happening?

I feel like I need to take her to the vet, but I'm not sure if I'm just being panicky.

I'd at least call the vet, and tell them about the ribbon and the vomitting. Some things (probably not ribbon, but I don't know for sure) can get wrapped around the intestines and whatnot.

Allyson, I'd call the vet to see what they say. They might have some wait-and-see time span advice or they might want her in right away. The ribbon bits would have me a little concerned

You might try feeding her canned pumpkin or babyfood to um, grease things along.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

She doesn't throw up hairballs, but I've been giving her anti-hairball food for like, eva. The one time she was during that wretch thing I got her some hairball medicine and that did the trick. I worry that the puking will cause dehydration.

I'd feel sorry for you, if it wasn't for the whole "gets to live in SF" thing.

She has a teaspoon of babyfood with her dry food every morning. Ima call the vet when i get to work and see what he has to say.

Coding and Sleeping

((Ruby))((Allyson))

I lack advice since I know little about cats. Calling the vet sounds like a good idea though.
