I just googled, and there is a Peninsula Creamery as well. It's not at the mall, but it gets good reviews.

Perkins, they used to be owned by the same people, I think, once upon a time. Perhaps not true anymore.

Peninsula Creamery is in downtown PA, at the very least (or at least I hope so).

mmm... a chocolate malt would be yummy.
