On a non-light hearted note:
I got a great card from a friend who has recently finished chemo for breast cancer. It was fantastic. Sweet, and thoughtful. I sent her a few cards when I first heard she was sick, and then a holiday scarf that I made for her. I didn't hear back, which was totally fine, because I knew through the grapevine that she was doing well, or as well as can be expected with chemo.
So today's card was fantastic. I can't wait to write back to her.
