Yes, it's terribly simple. The good guys are always stalwart and true, the bad guys are easily distinguished by their pointy horns or black hats, and, uh, we always defeat them and save the day. No one ever dies, and everybody lives happily ever after.

Spike's Bitches 22: You've got Angel breath

[NAFDA] Spike-centric discussion. Lusty, lewd (only occasionally crude), risque (and frisque), bawdy (Oh, lawdy!), flirty ('cuz we're purty), raunchy talk inside. Caveat lector.

Because books.

Coloring is great therapy, as is playing with Play-Doh.

Play-Doh rocks. We used to Play-Doh nights with the boys and sit around making stuff for hours.

Have you tried Japanese Puzzles (or Tsunamis)?

No! Thanks for the link. I used to love these Altaire books as a kid, too -- they were just geometric designs you could color in. I don't know if you can find them anymore.

Gives AmyLiz the hairy eyeball.

What? Innocent whistling...

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

I got props.

Rightly so. That's funny. My high school teacher/mentor, Dave Arnett is a midwestern white guy. When his first class of students (mostly black) started to act up, he'd turn on 'em and say, "Child, please!" and his kids would crack up.

Sure I went over to the Dark Side, but just to pick up a few things.

Play-Doh rocks

I loved smooshing it onto the Sunday comics, peeling it back and seeing the pictures backwards.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

That sounds like Silly Putty. You can do that with Play-Doh?

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

It's a giant Silly Putty cross-post.
