Y'all see the man hanging out of the spaceship with the really big gun? Now I'm not saying you weren't easy to find. It was kinda out of our way, and he didn't want to come in the first place. Man's lookin' to kill some folk. So really it's his will y'all should worry about thwarting.

Well, waking up early in a day off is lovely, exactly because of the going-back-to-bed option. It looks like you have a very nice day planned.

Did you know Victor and Thessaly will be staying with us in January?

No, I didn't (I'm so out of the loop of, well, anything, these days). That's great!

I've only been able to meet them for a really short time, on the evening at Nora and Tom's, in which I hardly got to talk to either of them. It wasn't nearly enough.

[Edited to wave at Cashmere, while pointing out that 8=3+5]

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Thanks to everyone for their condolences. It means a lot to me.

I was charmed (albeit somewhat perplexed) by the fannish sensibility of many of the music choices -- it's like the director was trying to vid Canada. --loligo on the Olympic Opening Ceremonies

Happy birthday, Emily!

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Happy birthday, Emily!

How are you doing, Billytea?
