Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Our wings are not tired.

Stop bogarting the corset pics. They're digital. We won't see the drool streaks.

The status is NOT quo.

Well, except that I think someone else was taking pictures. Also, there are a couple of really cute pics of me with Emma that Aimee has on her camera. Maybe not as foamy as corset pictures, but MIRACLEBABY!

I adore Emma.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Well, except that I think someone else was taking pictures.

This is true - JZ has a couple corset pics and the film is actually at the developer.

Shit's all sorts of different now.

I posted these in Bitches the other day.

Not javachik

Bay Area folks, t- is in town this weekend. We're meeting at my house on Saturday 4/30 for winetasting and/or strolling around pictureque little towns and/or walking on beaches and/or a little light hiking, and/or walking through the redwood forest where the landspeeder chase in one of the Star Wars movies was filmed, and concluding with dinner at my house - nothing fancy, cioppino and salad and maybe some Wonderfalls DVDs. We haven't quite picked a time to meet yet, but anytime after 9 or 10AM is fine with me. Send me or Katerinabee or t- an e, and check your email on the BayAreaBuffistas list.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Hey! No space in my name!

You'd think after a show you'd at least spell my name right!

Laura, are you around?

When you are, I would love it if you could post the food/drink possibilities on the F2F info page. I can email them to you.

Basically, I need to set the menu with the hotel at this point; given the number of people coming and the minimum amount we need to spend on food/drink ($1500), I'm considering an open bar for three hours (includes all non-alcoholic beverages as well, of course) and then a variety of appetizers. Ultimately, I'll probably just have to make the final decisions myself, but I'd like everyone who is going to be there to have a chance to chime in if they see an appetizer they'd especially like to have.
