Death is your art. You make it with your hands day after day. That final gasp, that look of peace. And part of you is desperate to know: What's it like? Where does it lead you? And now you see, that's the secret. Not the punch you didn't throw or the kicks you didn't land. She really wanted it. Every Slayer has a death wish. Even you.

Are you ready to be strong?

Got it, Aurelia. Yay indeed!

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

I will take the ring to Wrigley, though I do not know the way.

Also, we had discussed the timing issue, with the no reservations thing. I will get there at 6:30, tell them that we have a large group coming by 7, and hope we will get seated in a timely fashion.

Friends don't let friends read "Atlas Shrugged"

I should be able to get there by 6:30 ... if my all-day staff meeting ends in time (shudder).

Okay, I just looked at that list and had the horrified realization that I am not going to recognize some of you. I have the World's Worst Memory for Faces (TM) and am going to smile and nod blankly at you until I figure out who you are...not to mention that I don't know all of your RL names.

Fair warning. I'll be the ditzy blonde one.

Oh, Kristin. I totally do this too. msbelle came to VDay last year to surprise me. And before the production, I'm standing at the bar getting a drink, and she comes up beside me and starts talking to me. I gave her a very strange look, then remembered who she was and got SO excited. But, I felt badly 'cause it took her prompting me before I remembered.

It's seriously embarassing. I have a great memory for that person once I put the pieces together, but until then? De nada.
